*Full creative direction and building of websites.
-Black Cat Merchandising is a company I co-founded and consulted and advised at for the last 2 years and was the general manager for 2 years prior. I developed the branding with the graphic designer on staff, built the websites (along with managing and building webstores for fulfillment clients), assisted with hiring staff + interviews, training of sales team, managing sales team, created and implemented sales and marketing strategies, while also setting up operations + internal order processing (order management flow + software management).

*Co-owner - http://IGWM.co - personally assisted in creative direction specifically regarding t-shirt designs, t-shirt + design color palettes, assisted with instagram posts / captions / flow, major assists in creative business strategies concerning sales channels and brand partnerships, along with assisting and giving input into new product ideas paired with sales + marketing strategies.
